I can’t get any answers as to the whereabouts of my truck from the Pensacola service center. All they can tell me is that it’s in transit and they are unable to see the location (or talk to anyone that can). It’s been “in transit” since March. Anybody else run into any serious delays like this??

No that is not normal. VIN to delivery should be no longer than 3 weeks. Maybe 4 weeks in the event of a delay.

You should press the issue.

My vin was assigned 4/17 and I’m also picking up in Pensacola. They wouldn’t tell me anything either so I called the Jacksonville service center. Was gonna have my delivery location changed because Pensacola wouldn’t give me any info at. The rep at Jacksonville told me the truck will land in Pcola 5/8 and I prob shouldn’t mess with the locations because it would hold things up. Try another service center because Pcola is not helpful at all.

Good call-I’ll reach out to Jax and see what they say.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. How is my 4000 series VIN still lost in the void? And how do they have no idea how to see where it’s at? I can’t get them to even call me or answer the phone. i can only get them on text. I wish I lived closer I’d go in there every day…
