My American Family Insurance agent told me yesterday that they have a new policy and will no longer be offering coverage for the CyberTruck for clients who have not already requested a quote after May 20th (I think was the date she said)... So if you intend to use them, you might want to get a quote sooner than later for your CyberTruck. They don't have enough repair cost data I guess is the reasoning for this recent change which was not in place as of May 10th as far as I know when I got my quote.

I’m not sure who gave you those dates. But I took delivery May 1st, and I quoted with American Family (Costco) and they told me the same thing, minus the dates. They had me go with their partner Insurance (Progressive)

I find this hilarious that they seem to have determined there isn't a way to acquire more information such as service manual etc. Of course they will reverse course once a lot more trucks are on the road. In general people who can afford a 100k truck are good people to insure. They are generally smart and have the means to make their payments and likely drive safer than average person.
