Yes and no. There are two types. One should make sure they have the compressor type. The thermoelectric coolers aren't that great and tend to be the cheap priced ones. Do a little research on the compressor. There is a good one that is shared by many brands in the industry.FYI - you can buy any portable fridge as your CT fridge. These can be had for much cheaper. I think mine was <$200. I use it with my Model 3 12v plug and keep it plugged in during an entire camping trip.
The powered coolers are really good when you can't keep it plugged in like bringing onto a beach or if you don't have an EV.
So any portable fridge won't do as one suggests.
