I configured mine on 06/27, RN 1165000 and received a VIN today. I had to put it on hold as I will be out of the country the rest of July. VIN was 23155.

I just made the switch. Tesla tried to tell me they are "Extremely Limited" and may cause a significant delay, and that I would likely lose my Foundation series option. After driving a loaner MX with a white interior, I definitely don't want the white dash. The reflection drives me bonkers. I'm sure others barely even notice it.

I have the white interior in my Model 3. Was worried at first that it would get dirty or I would get sick of it. Surprisingly I didn't. But for the truck I kinda feel like it needs to be a darker interior. But I suggest going with what you think you'll like the most in the long run.

Very freakin cool! Thank you for the in-depth response. I am a huge fan of Stranger Things and definitely think I will stop at the mall's food court and have a bite, just to say I have.

How's the Tesla staff at this location? Are they friendly? Any issues dealing with the service staff for maintenance issues? I am hoping that all the big issues we have been talking about in this forum have been remedied in my Cybertruck.

Food court has been closed for years. Most of the mall is closed. It's getting ready to be demoed for future development.

Staff are busy, and they tend to be nice, but different days, different times, different people.
And weekend afternoons are delivery hell.

I’ve filled out credit application on app and took pictures of my model Y I am planning on trading. The app has said pending trade offer and pending finance application for over a week. How long does it take them tk make an offer on my trade? It’s a 2023 bought on December 30th. So very few miles in good condition. Just want to get the truck.

Picked her up yesterday. Went through a torrential downpour moment after picking it up in Georgia. Confirmed the BAW works great.

This is such a freakin fun vehicle to drive. I have never owned an EV before and it literally took me only 15 minutes to get used to one-pedal driving. It is freaking great.

The sound system is freakin phenomenal. My son had mixed opinions of the Cybertruck, but after riding in it, playing his music, and all the entertainment features, he is hooked! He told me last night, "I have to admit... The Cybertruck is the coolest vehicle I have ever seen and definitely worth the 5 year wait."

Only issue I have, that I am going to try and fix myself before putting in a service ticket, is that when I close the tonneau cover, it closes about 90% of the way, then opens back... like it is hitting an obstacle and then opening up again. I can usually just hold the close button down and it will close all the way... just annoying. Thinking some of the metal track is bent towards the tailgate and it is recognizing that. Anyone else have this issue? Other than that, it is amazing in every single way. I feel like a kid and it is my favorite toy ever!!! Thank you Tesla for creating such an innovative, futuristic, and cool product!

EDIT: Performed a manual tonneau cover calibration and it fixed my issue. Thanks @oisiaa !
