Tesla is wild!

I received a msg about 2 hrs later ….
Tesla responding is wild. The SC never answers the phone and never answers any texts.

All this to say - they got my truck from the staging lot, prepped and ready for delivery in around 3.5 hours. Definitely shouldn’t take a couple of days to prep a truck, especially when some of the typical prep tasks like polishing the spiderwebs out of the paint aren’t necessary with the CT.
It takes however much time to have the service personnel to do the task. That it can be done in a couple hours doesn't mean there aren't others' tasks ahead of you.

The CT I picked up a few weeks ago represents my 5th Tesla and it is by far the best one yet.
2015 MS
2018 MS
2022 MX
2024 M3P (Highland) This is a VERY close 2nd…..
2024 CT
I am thrilled with the CT and it will be a near perfect vehicle for me when they get FSD in it.

BTW, I never could understand why people feel compelled to hide their full VIN. There is absolutely nothing nefarious anyone can do with your VIN #. It’s prominently displayed on each and every car regardless of the brand…….
I am so glad you mention this point regarding the VIN #'s. I recently asked the question in Cyberbeast waiting room thread as to why people are replacing the #'s with "XXXX". Nobody has answered me, but I was genuinely asking the question why they do that.

Too many scams out there and phishing; also nuisances-have ever received those warranty offers and junk mail with respect to your cars? There is no need to put your entire vin # out there.
