No idea. But one thing's for sure, if it were something you should be worried about, it wouldn't remain buried in the Service Mode, it would be displayed on the main screen.

It is persistent in service mode but no warnings or errors in non service mode.

Yeah tried that, asked drive centre now to diagnose. I'll update here if they find anything

I have the same issue since picked up last week. My steering wheel is crooked, points 6 degrees to the right (according to service menu steering "check" option), so I looked at the service errors and saw it there. It has not popped up while driving. Seems odd that the wheel mis-pointing cannot be adjusted in the service menu, but it cannot. I looked at the service guide for steering, and it tells the service person to run 2 calibration/fix programs from the tool kit. I have an appointment 12/30 to have it looked at/fixed. So far service has told me to not be concerned, whatever that means.

There is no problem if you are going right and it's steering left.

It may be nothing, can you tell me if the vehicle is misbehaving?

If you can duplicate this, try pressing on the brake pedal. This may wake up the steering system and turn that object from yellow to green.

Update. So the error cleared itself before the service center was able to look at it. Gremlins.
