If taking a conventional car to the dealer fixes the issue you are trying to show them (I swear it knocks around corners but I can't make it do it for the dealer), a vehicle that updates from the internet can darn well be fixed by just posting about it!

I am getting this error on both CT and Model Y.

Yep same here my wife’s Y and my CT are both intermittently showing 500 server error - must be a thing today…

I called the customer service number and the bot answering said it is a known issue they are working on and users should use the key card (which I never carry with me).

Yes, it is a server error on Tesla side and went away for me in about 60-90 min. I'm in NYC area.
