I need a tailgate ladder to more easily climb into my CT bed. Has anyone installed one that works with the CT?
Your avatar (or whatever it’s called) made me chuckle. ?

If you put the truck in Entry height, you don't need a ladder, just a step. I use a round of firewood when I'm woodcutting but a square or rectangular plastic milkcrate would be lighter and work just as well.

That’s a broad statement. Even on entry height, it is still difficult for me to just “step in” without any other devices.

it would have been nice if Tesla thought this through, maybe a multifunction tailgate like the Silverado or ford so I wouldn’t have to have a milk crate or firewood with me every time.

I have messaged a few aftermarket companies but none have any in development for the cybertruck as of yet..

I said you need a step, not a ladder. I've never seen a ladder with one rung!

I'm 6'-04" and can step up in one go, without a step, but I still use one if it's handy.

Milk crates seem to be hard to find these days but, when milk was delivered to your house they used plastic crates with a metal band around the top rim. Turn them upside down and they make a handy step. We still have three we have been using for decades. They are handy to use for other things too, like crates for camp gear, shoes and boots, etc. It's handy to have one or two bungied in your bed for those times when you might want to keep smaller, heavier items contained in the bed and they can double as a convenient step.

You could use the Tesla Ramp in its “Step” mode. Bonus: it folds up and fits into the bed storage.

This is what I use, had it kicking around the house and now I found use for it, and it helps reaching the middle of the roof and it’s portable.

A while back, in a video, someone had installed a handle or something to hold onto in the L-Track within easy reach.
