I frequently do this to use the windshield squeegee, and empty trash. People need to mind their own business.

I went to a wawa supercharger recently and they had squeegees at the charger - first time I saw that. it was convenient.

More often than not I've got a 60 gallon diesel transfer tank in the back of my CT for filling equipment on the farm or out at project sites. There's been a number of comments from from people while I'm filling from the pump. I assumed there would be a lot more rude comments, but most people have just been genuinely curious.

If I still had the farm, I'd be doing the same. I had a tank on a 42"x60" pallet I could put into the back of any pickup. I made it for the Toyota HiLux Pickup I used to have.

i park at the pumps all the time and dont care what anyone says about it. i park there while i go in the store to buy a drink or some zyn. people park gas cars in the EV charging spots all the time too, so why should we not have the same entitlement?

I guess that makes sense, but there are usually spots closer to the gas station.

I parked at a gas pump yesterday lol

I was picking up the SO at the airport, and this was the only parking spot available in the waiting area hahahaha. In my defense, this pump was disabled anyway, but I got some funny looks.

When I picked her up curbside, she was annoyed and frustrated. Why? "I'm so confused, this is the 4th Cybertruck to drive past in the last 5 minutes"
