I just wanted to take a minute to say how good the audio is in the CT. Back in the 80s I was an early car audio competition guy. Mostly before they turned the entire vehicle into a speaker. Back when it was still cool to hide everything except what's in the trunk. Anyway back then we used the song Magic Man by Heart to test dynamic range... Around the 3:45 mark the song goes into a series of guitar riffs followed by a high frequency to low low frequency sweep... Then it has some very low frequency beats while it plays melody over it. This was a good test to see if your audio system was balanced. It was always clear who had holes in thier system.

Today Magic Man came on in the gym parking lot and I thought why not and cranked it up. It's a treat to ears! The separation, clarity and the frequency sweep brought me right back to my youth. Was it the loudest I've heard... No of course not. Was it clear and crisp and beautiful... YES!

I saw the video where Tesla was describing the audio system as unique in that it handles the signal as data to each speaker and the speakers all sync with each other. I can't find the video now but I remember seeing it and thinking how does that work, well... I'd invite you to "play Magic Man by Heart" and crank it up and just enjoy your truck! A year into ownership and it's still surprising me daily.

Awesome, I’ll check it out. How do you have your equalizer set? I’ve been playing with mine a lot trying to dial it in just right. The system sounds amazing but I think my eq can be dialed in a little more.

I'm probably not the best to judge eq settings... I'm 57 so I have mine set a little bright due to loud music in my youth killing a few cillia, but I'm using a typical rock U shape wave. Boosted highs boosted lows mids are natural. Surround is off.

Thanks man. I lowered my mid range and that made a difference.

Ok, finally got a video of the noises I have experienced in the rear. I do apologize for the view in this video, I have a drool monster that sheds a lot, so please excuse the mess.

If you listen you can hear the vibration from the sub.

This has been talked about many times on the forum. It’s on the passenger side under seats and you can see the carpet flap that vibrates when you turn it up. Put a little piece of tape or padding there and it goes away.

No, I am aware... and have been in those discussions, but I just now was able to produce a video that demonstrates the noise. In those conversations you mentioned a few people have asked what the noise sounds like.
