The guy swerved cuz he was going too fast to hit the brake. The white SUV did change lanes but if the guy wasn't flying he could have easily took his foot off the gas and continued with his day

the moron accelerated through a bad merge instead of braking. the sooner we can ban human drivers, the better.

Multiple errors. 1) silver car initiated it all by illegal merge 2) white changed lanes to avoid silver car without looking and without signaling. They made matters worse for the Mercedes by hitting brakes just as the Mercedes was passing your CT, thus causing them to violently whip across your lane. 3) The Mercedes was passing you on the right in an area with merging and exiting traffic. Never a good idea. It looks like they planned to exit themselves and were hoping to get ahead of the white SUV before cutting them off to make their exit...dangerous plan.

I agree with a prior post...if all were using FSD, none of this would have happened. Glad all are OK.

I wonder if it may be a legal issue if I post a video of a car with license plate visible. So just to be safe, I trimmed the dashcam video short and spent some time to blur the sedan's license plate.

What makes you think there would be legal issues posting images or video of anything taken in a public place?

That would make it kind of hard to have any TV news, don't you think?
