My Cybertruck accessory order was lost in transit. UPS completed the investigation and paid the claim. EVANNEX confirmed that I was eligible for either a replacement or a refund.
I chose a refund immediately.
Days later, I am still waiting for the refund with no resolution.
I understand shipping companies lose packages. That's not the issue. The issue is how a company handles the situation after the package is confirmed lost and the claim is paid.
Based on my experience so far, I would think twice before ordering from EVANNEX.
If you're considering buying from them, be aware that customer support and refund handling may not meet your expectations when something goes wrong.
