Just a quick word on mobile service. I had a colleague throwing shade questioning how far I would have to drive to get a service repair and that is why he would never own a Tesla. I figured the closest service center is 3 1/2 hours away.
A day later I noticed the passenger door panel clip had broken and the panel was separated from the door. I requested service thinking I would have to drive to that center. I was notified less than 24 hours they would be coming to my house for the repair. They came today, on a holiday, and fixed the door onsite.
Can’t wait to ask my colleague when does his auto shop do their house calls. Never! ?
