So once again 6 out of 6 another bad service experience. So after having my truck for 2 weeks they fixed one thing really well (doors and mirrors shaking), tried to fix something else but didn't (noise still there but truck rides better) , said they fixed something else but didn't (trim issue), and to top it of when I got it back I no longer have mobile access to my truck. Brought it right back to them. They asked me to try all the stuff I already did and said they would make an appointment for another service visit 2 months out. They guy said the truck drives so its not important and that is the best he could do. Just WOW!

So if anyone has any ideas what to do or who I could contact at Tesla to get this fixed.

I have tried from multiple Android and Apple phones. Uninstalled, reinstalled, unpaired all phones. Erased the app, cleared cache, cleared data, turned of mobile access in the truck and back on. Reset the truck. Updated the truck to 2025.38.8.7 Nothing I can do in the truck or in the app works. Only thin I can think is it is a Tesla server side error. Maybe when service took control it was never returned to me?

Just to be clear. Phone key features work. Drive the truck, unlock the doors, pop the frunk and tailgate.

Mobile access stuff does not. AC controls, view sentry, view recent clips, raise lower truck, charge limit, current, scheduling all not working.

In the app it says "An unexpected error occurred." and sometimes "Mobile access disabled."

Could there be a hardware or subscription issue with Premium Connectivity? Can the truck stream music or browse the internet?

Might be stuck in service mode which disables remote access...

Yes. Stream music when on connectivity also have Starlink in the truck. Does not matter if it is on that or if the wifi is shut off. Same results.

Is there a support number you can call for help with technical issues?
Not that I know of
When you say you reset the truck, that includes dual scroll wheel reset and Power Off? Did they try disconnecting the MV battery for full shutdown?

No they did not disconnect. Just scroll wheel and power off. I really think this is a Tesla access issue. Almost like my car was returned to my account in read only mode. I can see everything it is doing just cant control anything.

Still no help from Tesla. I contacted their customer service number. They said they would escalate the issue and II would get an email soon. Still nothing as of yet.

I am having the exact same issue with my 2025 Cybertruck. I took it in for service on one of my door switches and when I got it back I had no mobile access. I tried everything. Reinstalled the app, tried a different phone, reboot on the truck, reset profile and a few other things but noting helped. I have a service appointment on the 9th. I will let you know if they fix it.

App update fixed my issue. I took the truck to service for other issues and did not have the same issue when I picked it up. One of the service technicians said that there were a lot of issues with the Cybertruck mobile access but it was a bug that was worked out.
