Battery charging door part number # ??

I was stupid not paying attention and I hit something with my truck, it just struck the battery charging door. I am trying to find the part number but when I look in the catalogue it is the only item listed that does not have a part number, anyone have any suggestions so I can do a replacement?

It may be part of item 3 which is not in the diagram. The service manual doesn't have a procedure for just the flap.

No the actuator is the little motor looking thing on the bottom of the picture
