Stopped to help. Everyone was okay but the girl in the Jeep was hyperventilating while crying and talking to her Mom on the phone. She was young, likely her first accident.

Not a single other person/vehicle stopped to help. We need to help our fellow humans.

It looked like she went to make a lane change to the left, didn’t see the white SUV and over corrected.
