Guess so, but good as a grab handle for support and spring loaded, so easy to remove. No tools needed.

So what’s the intended purpose of such j hooks ? Use two of them for rakes or brooms or something of that nature? Maybe a weedwacker?
Good idea, will use to secure my photo tripod!

I personally think the UP stuff is highway robbery and I’m not crazy about having to drive around with a tank bumper in the city.
As a trauma surgeon I don’t particularly subscribe to bigger and harder bumpers are better. Quite the opposite. Less crumple means more injury.
I saw this post on Facebook and immediately thought about your comment Ace. Just what trauma surgeons need Diamond Steel bumpers. Plus they are ugly as hell.

Agree. I don’t find that look attractive at all.
The thing is, it’s not just the guy in the other car that’s made less safe by this approach which I know a lot of people think. Newton’s third law is nonnegotiable and says otherwise.

Yes. They are very nice. I’ve looked at them. However, if you have a cybertent there is a bracket already occupying where those are supposed to mount to the l-track. They occupy the last several positions on the track which are some of the most useful.

BTW, that link is for a larger one (8"). they also sell a 5" version. Great idea!
That’s what I use, works great, just not stealth and cool looking!

I just use a black milk create, when the truck in in Entry level, I grabbed 8 crates Monday morning in the back of a C store, power washed them last night, easy enough for tools, and I store an empty one in the frunk. It makes a great boost step and saves my knees for a 61-year-old Cyberbeast owner.
I just ordered the inside L track flagpole holders for both of my Beasts, I thick these will make great grab handles, hidden when the cover is closed, they will be delivered today, ill post pictures.

YOU ordered the wrong flagpole holders, you will be disappointed, you'll see they are flimsy
next time, because there will be a next time until you get my flagpole holders at EXO-mount.com
They are the best on the market and the only ones that don't interfere with the tonneau cover.
