Unfortunately this will not work with the Cargo Divider because it forces the Divider to sit slightly too high (due to the thickness of this lining) and will not line up with the rail slots on the sides so anyone planning to use the awesome Cargo Divider should pass on this product.

Good question but I don't know. It depends on the thickness of the liner.
