Bogus Referral link

Every time I look at ordering a Tesla (Cybertruck/Model X) I get this:
Thomas's Referral Applied
I spoke with Tesla CS and they said delete cookies. I did this several times but it's still there. Any suggestions?

are you typing in the browser or going through a bookmark? maybe the link you have is a referral instead of directly to tesla's website?
