Bumper, rocker and fender plastic care

What the consensus for caring for the plastics/vinyls for those of us keeping trucks outside? Fenders, bumpers and rockers for UV protection? I'd like to keep mine from looking like those faded Jeeps, Expeditions and trucks that have all the plastics. I know there's only so much we can do but I'd like to try to keep it looking decent for a while.
