Highly unlikely due to it being solely cosmetic.

Tesla can’t just void your warranty. If there’s an issue with brakes, they have to prove that caused the failure. There’s a federal law around that.

lastly, brakes are generally not an issue with Tesla due to regen being used most of the time. Take it to a good shop that uses high heat paint and you’ll be good!

I hope you are right although she sounded very confident about it.

I'm going with caliper covers instead of paint due to the ease and low cost of switching colors if I want a different look or feel. Here is a link to my post on the Caliper Covers thread in this forum.

I guess caliper covers would eliminate the service advisor saying painting calipers voids the warranty. Although, I too am in the camp that says a purely cosmetic thing such as painting the calipers WOULD NOT void the warranty as it has absolutely no functional effect on the performance or reliability of the calipers and braking features when properly applied.
