I’ve had my AWD for 6 days with zero issues then today I see two errors:
Autopilot/Active safety features disabled: Camera alignment required schedule service
And
Lane departure/ Avoidance features unavailable
Features may be restored on next drive
(They didn’t)

Anyone else had these errors? I really don’t want to leave this truck in service for even 1 day, it’s so awesome to drive!!!

Thanks for the information. I have an appointment scheduled this week. How long did they need to keep the truck?

Same issue.
Camera Pitch was off and CT menu camera calibration did not fix so needed service, fixed one day in service.

Maybe I should try to calibrate first before going to the SC. I didn’t think of that
Looking at the service report, it suggests that the camera is loose. Which means that you may be able to realign it, but it may move again and mess it up.

Got this same issue the second I picked up my car. Nearest appointment is a month away 🙃

Damn that sucks! My SC is accommodating as hell apparently.
Yeah I know mine is busy but kinda crappy to get a brand new $110k truck that doesn't work and have to wait a month 🤣 I requested a new location with a sooner date this morning.

Same issue with me. I had to wait around 3 weeks to get it scheduled. It only takes them a few hours to get it fixed.

I have the same issue and I'm waiting for 3 plus weeks to get it serviced. And I agree with Brad, this vehicle costs a lot and it's very frustrating to have see these type of issues taking so long to get resolved.
