Going on a 5wk+ trip on Super Bowl Sunday, so, I got both washer kits. Decided to install side ones; the rear, I'll do when I get back.
It was fairly easy, fairly quick and works great so far. You have to remove the trunk bin, with 6 bolts. You can see the washer pump, and just add two tees, to feed the two side washers, off the fascia cam washer line.
There's an adjustment valve and a filter that you can put inline, but I didn't. Maybe when I add the rear washer, I'll add those in.
So, relatively inexpensive, for the utility, you have to wonder why they didn't do this from the start. I mean, if you use FSD, it's absolutely necessary. I wish I had the time to do the rear washer before I go. I drill thru the metal titanal on skis to mount bindings, so I'm not that concerned about drilling the rear tailgate. I'm thinking I'll have to add the adjustment valve to balance the rear washer.
