I put down $100 on a Cybertruck a few years ago. Since then my posted credit card number has become outdated. I noticed it, and changed it to an active credit card. However, when I applied for a refund, the system still used the old credit card, and it never processed. I don't see any way to contact Tesla to discuss the problem. Anybody else have this problem?

Hmmm. Called this number, and waited over an hour, but then I had to hang up for an appointment. Tried again later. More wasted time.

I’m having trouble, my two brothers are also. We have received texts and emails. One email asked for our home address so they could mail a check, one email said they credited a new method of payment (different credit card than I originally used. It’s sounded suspicious. It came from [email protected] Signed by Cristian P.,Tesla Support Leadership.
If others are having difficulty receiving their $100 deposits, it might be time for a Class Action Lawsuit.
