Use a Swiffer cleaner and attach a microfiber towel (Costco microfibers are the cheapest and best quality) to it to clean your interior and exterior windshield.

The Swiffer handle can easily be shortened by removing some tubes that make up the handle.

First use a microfiber lightly soaked with later and then use a clean dry one to dry out the water. You want to use the dry one right away to avoid streaks.

Takes less than 5 minutes.

My hero! My windshield needs its first cleaning and I was wondering how I was going to do it. I have a Swiffer and microfiber towels on hand. I'll try this today! Thanks!

Guys/girls, don’t go this route drive down to your local O’Reilly Auto Shop (for sure) or Auto Zone (possibly but can’t confirm) and get the 18” extendable compact windshield wiper cleaner tool with the built in (replaceable) microfiber pad. Spray it with cleaner and done.
