My appt was moved to next week. But no joke, I have the same driver’s door rattle as well.

Same door rattling and cold air. We were originally told the issue was “within tolerance” so we waited a month and drove by the service center to complain again.
We told them the issue was getting worse and they quickly put us on the schedule for a fix.

If you have this issue I highly recommend saying it’s getting worse. It might be the only way you get traction.

When is your SC visit scheduled?

How much cold air are we talking about? Contrary to common belief, the air in a car is not static/stationary and that accelerating or deceleration in the forward, rear, left, or right will cause the air to move about the cabin. Due to the large dash and it being next to the windshield (which the heater usually is blowing on to save energy) will likely have a cold pocket of air that will swish around the vehicle. It's noticeable in a funny mind teasing physics trick with a balloon shown in this youtube video at about the 2:30 mark:

You could see if this is the case for you by turning on the heaters for the windshield and the heaters in the back seat so the entire vehicle is at the temp you desire instead of just the driver/passenger seating area.
I think this video accurate depicts a scenario of cold air I’m experiencing and most likely everyone else. The touch of the “unconventional dash” is very cold! Noticed this behavior in my wife’s non Tesla vehicle as well.

However, I was also receiving cold air around the knee area of dash which exacerbated the issue. My center screen and the white leather dash portion was very cold to a touch. The SC reviewed and fixed the “2nd seal was adjusted” (from invoice notes - not very descriptive). This part has been resolved.

So all-in-all things are better!

I've noticed similar in my Beast...let us know what they find!
I think it is almost entirely due to air moving inside the cabin that is different temp from air near you as explained by it happening on turns with the balloon test reply. I have had this from the get go in my 2013 model S. The reverse happens in hot times with AC on when making turns.
