Configuration to VIN, four days?! (NJ)

Update, got a call saying I should not have been able to schedule for Friday as no slots are open. Pushed back to Monday dragging out my timeline to 10 days from initial configuration email to delivery if it happens then.

Ten days still ain't bad! Keep us posted...

I'm also a long-term shareholder and here's my timeline for reference:

Invited: 5/24/24
Ordered: 5/26/24
VIN: 6/4/24
Location: 6/6/24 Texas

I called my showroom today and they looked up my order to locate the truck, but have no timeline. When I configured it in the app, though, Tesla said Jun-Aug delivery. I'm guessing my truck is queued for mass deliveries to South Florida. Also, I counted 7 today in my local showroom. 2 were new for customers and 5 in for service.

I can now update and close this out as I picked up my truck yesterday (it's awesome). Tested a Supercharger this afternoon and had a nice 20+ min conversation with a local police officer who pulled in next to me wanting to see the truck. Let her sit in the truck, take pictures, talked about range, efficiency, charging, etc. She was worried about charging times and before we left I told her the vehicle was also done charging, it happens that fast.

I thanked her for her service and left her as a Tesla supporter, she has been thinking of a Tesla for her personal vehicle.

Received my invite to configure on 5/30 through Long Term Shareholder program.

What is happening? VIN is the in 12,000's for a AWD. Maybe one got abandoned and reassigned? I'm not complaining mind you, just wasn't ready that quickly.

Definitely not rejected one ... you got latest one ... I am in texas and have access to quite large inventory .... you can see this as proof ... I took my delivery on 5/25 , I checked each truck kind of in video ... there was not a single truck with VIN 12.5 K plus .....
