Confirmed delivery moved 65 miles away

I was expecting to pick up my truck with a confirmed delivery reservation on 2/22 at a delivery center 15 minutes from my home in Denver. I received a new message to schedule my delivery in Colorado Springs Customer Care told me all trucks are being delivered to the Springs. A 90 minute trip one way. Anyone else experience anything like this? How’s this for delighting your customers?

If that is the only issue one experiences I would chalk it up to a scheduling issue or a mistake and move on. If one expects perfection. One might be purchasing the wrong vehicle from the wrong manufacturer.

You should still be able to request a pick up in Aurora. I was just there and they are still taking deliveries there.

Wow that’s close, some have six hour drives one way, or fly.
