My Cyber Truck ha been delivered. I have ordered solar with a Powerwall 3. It is my understanding that the Universal Charger only needs to be connected to the electrical panel and when the Powerwall 3 is installed it will be ready to go. I got an estimate from the Tesla approved installer for $660 to install the Charger. I was told that Tesla would give me a voucher for the unneeded equipment that is provided with the Foundation Series.

Seeing other estimates for installation of Powershare, I view this as a substantial savings on the installation of the solar and Powerwall 3.

How much did the powerwall 3 install cost? Do you have a schedule yet for the power share install?

The Universal Wall Connecter was installed yesterday. It cost $663.
The solar panels and Powerwall 3 will be installed in a couple of months. The costs are below. It is eligible for a 30% tax rebate. Tesla will give you an estimate.

Hmm, the only voucher you get is a $700 credit to buy the wall charger correct? The other equipment as shown on advertisement for Power Share (V3 Gateway) you don't get any credit for. That's what everyone including myself has experienced. Oh and you have to pay the labor, permit to have it installed......$2k.
