Core wheel cover rattling over bumps

Hey everyone, on my 2025 Cybertruck AWD, there’s an issue with the wheel covers. Whenever I go over a bump, they rattle rather loudly. So I went to check my covers, and they are all pretty loose. The front two are the worst, but you can jiggle all of them.

I’ve only taken them off few times, and they didn’t appear to be broken in any way. Compare that to my wife’s 2026 Model Y, those aero covers are solid.

I actually have the truck in for service right now, so I added this onto that appointment, but in case they say they can’t do anything, I’m asking if anyone has any any advice on how to fix this issue(that don’t involve removing them) Thanks!

One of mine did as well. Took it off. Center section with metal ring had broken off and was in pieces. Made a service claim. Replaced for free on a warranty claim.

I mentioned the crackling noise at low speed from the covers and the service center replaced all four wheel covers - not sure if they found something broken or if there is a new design on the replacement wheel covers. But no more crackling noise…

All 4 of mine are loose (3 have broken fingers in the center). My Service is scheduled for next week, hopefully mine are also covered by warranty.
