Plastic eh not the best . That was my worry …. Would be happy to pay more if the quality of the plastic was comparable to the 100 000 dollar truck plastic .. will still be useful though ..

I will say when I was putting it together I was thinking “what have I gotten myself into”?
firms up quickly though, looks good to have this spot filled. Shelf is neat, fits wallets, phones, etc. will be cluttered if you have have a shelf under front interface.

Top is quite firm, will definitely hold and rattle free.
bottom is kind of squishy, the chassis will flex with horizontal pressure(intentional, someone resting their knee will not have an issue). I personally may add something in the gutter to add some rigidity, perhaps modify my TPE liner.
Overall rating 3.5-4.0. Would have loved to seen what OEM features Tesla could have filled in here.

Can you install a wireless phone charger in those 2 flat areas in front of the Tesla factory wireless charger? I was just thinking it might be a spot to try a different wireless charger such as a couple of pucks or is there no room to do so?

There’s absolutely room, and the space is perfect for that.
