Anyone come across this problem when trying to order something through the app?
I own a cybertruck and have ordered things in the past. Now when I try to order the Cybertent it says it’s not compatible and won’t let me order.
I’ve powered down phone, rebooted my truck and even called the service desk. They told me it was pretty weird and if I can’t figure it out I will have to swing by a Tesla SC.

That’s a known issue for Teslas over the years. They work it out eventually. Don’t know why they struggle with this lol

I had the same problem with the winter tires. The SC was able to order them when I stopped in.

Did you try logging in and out?

Sometimes the security token only partially expires or points to the wrong account.

Not to hijack the thread, but I'm curious about your experience with the winter tires.

I'm waiting to take delivery of my truck, but I got the core's to order the winter tires from the shop. It seems they're more winterized with better snow/offroad traction than the cyber wheels upgrade but are still considered 'cyber' wheels, which makes me think they can fit the cyber wheel covers.

The winter tires come on the cyber wheels. The cyber wheel covers fit but I did get a bit of rubbing on the sidewalls.

Pros: exceptional performance in the snow
Cons: noisier and harsher ride than the cyber tires (the all terrain ones).

The all terrain cyber tires do ok in the snow but the winter tires are snow rated.

That's exactly what I was wondering, thanks. Those look strong!

Were your Cyber Wheel Covers from the Foundation Series?

I'm curious if it's the same wheel covers that caused rubbing on the Foundation's Cyber Wheel tires, which have since been updated to prevent that from happening. I wonder if Tesla's fix would resolve that issue on your winter tires or if the winter tires' sidewalls just bowl out more, regardless.

Interestingly, the Cyber Wheels with winter tires and Cyber Wheel Covers set combo purchased through the Shop cost less than the Cyber Wheels build upgrade.

Cyber Wheels with the winter tires are $3k plus the Cyber Wheel Covers for $75 ea x 4 = $3,300, compared to $3,500 from the Cyber Wheels build upgrade.

These are the revised covers. I took delivery of my truck in Sept 2024 and it was one of the first trucks I know of that shipped with the updated covers. I have no issues with rubbing on the Cyber tires (Goodyear Territory) that have the molding features but some rubbing with the winter tires (Goodyear Duratrack).
