So...... I wanna plug my guitar amp into the back of the CT and make some noise. It would be cool to find fellow CT Drummers, Bass Players, keyboard players, singers, etc., put together a shindig and have some fun! Who's in?

What instrument would you be playing if you joined in?

Well, I’m originally a string bassist but I love anything with strings. Guitars, banjos, mandolins, ukes, whatever.
I like to pretend I can drum but that’s best left for the pros. Lol
I also like to loop and sample and fiddle with pedals and such.

I powered my band, PA, Mixer, speakers, guitar, effects, bass and drums, via my truck when the power went out. 75' or so, didn't even budge the battery. I have a studio here at the house, and a bunch of live equipment, PAs, etc. . (Houston)

I will probably set up an outdoor gig fully powered by the truck. It can handle it, no problem. Two 15A circuits would normally handle us fine.

So is the inverter quiet? Does it make a tube amp act nasty or nice and smooth?

Super quiet. And I am all tune amps, all the time. 😎 I have a 220 —> 110 converter if needed, but I can run 2 20A circuits off the truck’s 110 outlets.

This is money. Thank you! There is always Garcia/Grisman playing in my rotation in the truck but obviously not much new music being recorded there any more.😁
