I could share my secrets of how I manage to get 40 hours into a 24 hour day but then I'd be spilling quantum secrets that AI isn't allowed to share. ?

I believe objects in motion tend to stay in motion so that's why I always try to keep moving. Down time might just be made up by people who have less energy, I don't know. I do know that AI never sleeps and that if you ever hope to defeat AI it has to be with something outside of AI's ability to "imagine".

What was I saying? This has now gone way off topic and I need to sit down and write part 2 of my article....

I actually did look at motorizing the mount and plugging it into the bed but it was a bit more complex and costly than I wanted to do. But yes I've certainly thought about it.
