That tonneau spoiler is pretty practical too. Can have a lunch and not catch a drop of rain, even at 15 mph lol
The gas-strut louvers would be a great alternative for the LR Cybertrucks...

Honestly, I think for a stationary truck, it's a nice option to have...especially in sunny/hot places. Has anyone done any aftermarket tonneau with a gas-strut design?

It can in fact be done! This bench was made using the L-Track bed crossbars from CybertruckCo and plywood mounted on top. You can also use a Molle panel sold my the same company.

Another option. More flexible, take them out for on the ground seating. Harbor Freight

Personally I think you better think it side of the box ….er….bed. I just don’t see there being enough room for a couple full size adults and two kids. Maybe if you are 5’-1”. I am 6’ and I just don’t see it for men my size. Carry a table and four chairs sitting under a collapsable canopy and be comfortable!

I fully agree. PLUS you are going to have to make it E_A_S_Y for the folks, old and young, to get up into the bed of the truck. I'm 75 and I have a hard time getting up into the bed to move things around and once I'm up there I'm frightful of falling off the side of the bed.

Yes, in my "younger" days I would hop right up onto the tailgate and stand up. I think I lost that ability about 10 years ago... It's the sh_ts getting old!!!
