My 1/17 12** VIN is still in transport. I agree with your guess instead of increased production.Given what we have seen elsewhere on the forum about them potentially holding trucks for some kind of fix are we certain production is up and it’s not just almost finished trucks piling up waiting to get shipped out? I guess we will know for sure soon.
Why can’t it be both an increase in production and more trucks being transported? Joe T. Has repeatedly shared that CTs seem to be getting loaded onto trucks and moving out even during his video shoots, and that is going on all day. In his last video I counted about 80 CTs in the lots. That alone demonstrates an increase and we know that production goes in fits and spurts. My 1/17 12** VIN is still in transport. I agree with your guess instead of increased production.
The production is going up, but the optics of the extra trucks is not all due to production increases IMO. VIN activations from the tracker have been pretty linear and order time seem to be increasing from VIN to delivery. Something seems to constraining production right now and not shipping out all the trucks. The hub cap fiasco didn't help, but I think there is something a little bigger than that. This is to be expected with ramps and such a different vehicle from their lineup. Why can’t it be both an increase in production and more trucks being transported? Joe T.
