Cybertruck rear bumper replacement cost?

I did the same thing yesterday - in the same exact location! I turned the steering left, which caused the rear tires to turn towards a column. As I went forward left, the rear when forward right. Ouch. For tight garages - this is a difficult one. I only have 4 inches of clearance on each side and 4" in rear too.

Any suggestions how the diminished value going to be impacted by rear bumper replaced due to car accident? I was rear-ended by another vehichle, their car insurance will cover my repairs but only cost them $1300 to repair. Since CT value depreciate so bad, I want to make sure the diminished value helped to cover my lost.

I was hit by another driver while stopped, but my repair included a new tailgate, which was $1,800. See my post for a copy of the written estimate from the other driver's company. I took my CT to Tesla Collission in Fort Lauderdale and they handled everything.

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share that after the new software update, I noticed my wheel's turning felt a lot sharper. Unfortunately, I had a little mishap pulling out of parallel parking - the passenger rear panel and bumper grazed a building column. The side panel wrap got scraped, but the bottom seems fine. The bumper, being hollow plastic, is more fragile.

By the way, I thought I'd check here to see if anyone knows the cost of replacing the rear bumper with a Tesla?

Can't give you a price but if you call the Tesla service center and give them the part number they should be able to give you the price. It is the only way to purchase the OEM part.
