Posting borne out of frustration, as this subject has been going round in circles for almost 12 months (if not longer)

Eliminating many boring details, here is the crux.
I had 2 Tesla accounts one UK, one USA, – Tesla merged them together?

I have 2 CyberTruck reservations both placed late 2019 – FOUR YEARS AGO
RN11276XXXX (UK) / RN11321XXXX (USA)

For a number of technical reasons, which are beyond comprehension – I cannot complete my order / reservations in the USA.
Let’s be honest the Cybertruck will NEVER come to the UK in its current format.
The “Flippant” response from Tesla is “At this time there so no one to escalate this too. The only option you have, is to cancel your orders and replace it under your correct account. Cancelling and re-placing your order will mean you forfeit your place in line.”

QUESTION
“We can’t be bothered to correct an administrative error so hard luck – get to the back of the queue!!!”
Is this how Tesla treat their long-time loyal customers? I have owned 4 previous Tesla’s
One of those reservations was 2 days after the Unveiling event back 21 November 2019

There must be some one with a shred of common decency within Tesla that can resolve the issue?

For Clarity

I had 2 accounts
1 UK – with my current model Y and a CT reservation GB order agreement paid with UK credit card and UK address
1 USA – with no car but a CT reservation USA order agreement paid with USA credit card and USA address

TESLA for some reason best known to them merged both these accounts – why I have no idea
Both accounts had the same email address (now not in use)
I logged into UK account via the https://www.tesla.com/en_gb
I logged into the USA account via the https://www.tesla.com/

I suspect “they” changed something in the back end database which screwed up the email login
SO Tesla merged both accounts into the UK logon – which was wrong
Once they had merged this they said they could not unmerge it

But my USA CT was on my USA tesla.com logon
My UK CT was on my tesla.com/en_gb logon
They effectively eliminated the USA account which they should not of done
As I legitimately had a UK and a USA account

So I have asked them numerous times to “unmerge” the account so I have a UK account and a USA account – they say no can do – which I think is tosh

I even went ahead and created 2 different emails XXXXX[email protected] and a XXXXX[email protected]

So its logical – put the UK Car and stuff against the UK account and the USA against the USA account
Simples?

OR I said convert the UK account back to a USA account and move the UK Car to the new UK email address even more simple???

I want to take the Cybertrucks in the USA
They will NEVER come to the UK

Tesla usually uses email addresses, but probably cleaned up the accounts when you used the same credit card.

There will be someone to escalate this to after the real configurator goes live.

It shouldn't be too weird that someone might want a car in one region and a different one in a different region.
