I've had rattles since day 1 of delivery and some new ones developed after. Since April 2024, my CT has been in service 12 times; 10 of which had the service center trying to fix the rattle from day 1 and others. They finally let me know last month that it's a structural issue that isn't easily fixed. FYI you have 9 months from delivery to address any noise concerns with the warranty before the service center starts charging you.

The Tesla Service Center in Plano, TX has been more than helpful in trying to fix this issue. We're currently progressing with another route to remedy the situation. I may be able to provide more details later once everything is finalized.

My recommendation is for you is to document your concerns. Express them clearly with your service advisor with a firm stance but don't be a dick; they're trying their best to help. Make another service appointment or rediscuss the same concern if the previous service appointment did not fix the issue or if the rattle comes back after some time.

I'm sure the employees at my service center are tired of seeing me since I'm now on a first name basis with most of the service advisors, some technicians in the back, and their service manager.
12 times, do you consider filling lemon?

This would drive me crazy. Mine is completely rattle and squeak-free. I was actually incredibly surprised with the build quality considering what I’ve heard about Tesla.
I've been following Tesla forums for over 9 years and some things never change. Specifically, over half of what you read is just fake, drummed up negativity. Many of the most active participants are just here to dissuade newcomers from considering buying one. They try to pretend to be genuine by occasionally saying something nice, but 80% of it is designed to make potential buyers think twice.

Some of them are even sponsors of the site because they know they won't be banned without doing something really obvious.

I brought up some noises I've heard in my Cybertruck, but the feedback is it's normal / within spec. One is that my driver side seat back makes a bit of a pop / crack sound at times during turns if that makes sense. I can replicate by pushing my hand on the upper back area too, I recall seeing a thread on this before.

Ultimately was told it was within spec, however at least it's documented already if it continues to be a problem or gets worse.

Only other sound I've brought up to them so far is some motor vibration / buzz somewhere in the 60+ mph range, but they couldn't replicate it.

I only get a few squeaks from the middle phone charger console plastic at certain temperatures.
