Interior Rattling

Hello, I got cybertruck AWD last month April 2025 build. I am experiencing door rattling and its seems some rattling noise appears to coming from back seat bench area like trims or belts not sure whenever the vehicle drive on uneven/ rough road. Tesla SC mentioned they applied fix mentioned in the SB-25-10-002 but ticket mentioned only point 6 & 9 in it. So I am assuming they didnt apply in all doors and only partial fix. Additionally, speakers rattling again appears to coming from rear speakers or rattling when music has heavy bass content. I would appreciate if you can confirm what fixes I request from tesla service to resolve above issues. THANKS !

Welcome to cybertruck ownership. For the first several months, I got a new rattle every other week. After a year, it looks like everything that was going to rattle is rattling and there are no new rattles. I leared to ignore it.

Clearly a Friday afternoon build. PIcked mine up May 2024, have 28,000 miles and no rattles to speak of, and the roads around us are anything but smooth.

A new vehicle shouldn't rattle at all, and if it does, Tesla is generally willing to fix it.

I've had mine 17 months and have beat it up good by pounding on roads that are as much potholes as pavement, Jeep trails, and gravel roads as well as railing mountain twisties pretty hard. I do not baby my truck, it lives outside under the trees in the wind, rain and snow.

Guess what? After 17 months, still no rattles! This is not uncommon from what I've heard from numerous other Cybertruck owners, but if you have some rattles, and they bother you, you should take it in and get them to track them down.

Thanks for your input. Tesla recently released the service bulletin to address rattling issues .I opened a service ticket again and waiting for the appointment. But overall this indicates their build quality is not consistent.

Even Toyota and Mercedes Benz have a non-zero incidence of rattles within the first month of ownership.

I'm getting the same thing, I've been experimenting with different things to make it better, pulled up the trim above the subwoofer, etc.. still there. Glad to hear it may be a fixable, consistent thing. I'll post if I can find a way to fix on my own.

Check the back panel of the front passenger seat, it was rattling in my truck but sounded like it came from the back seat. To check it, bang on the back of the seat in the middle a bit and see if you can replicate the sound. Tesla fixed it for me under warranty.

Just picked mine up a month ago and it rattles more than a maraca. It's currently in for service for a dozen issues (literally). Will update once I get it back.

Thank you for posting this!, you saved me hours of frustration trying to find it.. yep, it's the back upper part of the front passenger seat.
