TLDR: Now that the Cybertruck has been on the roads in larger volumes, does anyone have any insight as to what the most susceptible failure points are? Or general preventative maintenance / things to be conscious about in terms of repairing?

I've taken my Cybertruck pretty hardcore off-roading a few times and sometimes I end up in the middle of nowhere with the worry that if something were to fail, I'd have limited resources to fix it and probably end up with an extremely large recovery bill. I carry just about two of everything in terms of tools and tire repair and emergency equipment but am wondering what else I could keep on hand as spare replacements etc. for things that may go wrong. I'd imagine the banging around from off-roading promotes additional wear on the vehicle so are there any preventative checks that should be done for things more susceptible to failure? For example, sensors, or connectors that may be exposed to the elements from the underside, or air suspension components?

Trying to stay preventative since I had an experience where I was driving my Model 3 one day on a regular street and out of nowhere, the wheels did a momentary lock up skid and then continued spinning but on screen was a catastrophic failure where everything except the accelerator and brake got disabled. Regen, collision avoidance, traction control, literally everything. I brought it right to the service center and it turns out it was a simple wheel sensor failure in which they replaced in under half an hour and noted that it was known to happen every now and then. If similar common issues are known with the Cybertruck at this point, I'd like to be conscious of the maintenance and carry spares just in case.

My only advice (and you probably are doing this) is to remove the wheel fairings - they will break off off roading, they aren't expensive but worth the time to remove

I have VIN <2000 with delivery in March of 2024…so now owned it for over a year….

ZERO FAILURES…ZERO Problems!

My biggest challenge is stepping out of way when washing the front …that’s when the automatic Frunk alert starts beeping in advance of opening the Frunk for you…it thinks I’m standing there with groceries in-hand and opens the Frunk!?. Great feature when your hands are full!
