I called around the Dallas area today to see if anyone had one in stock. Dallas service center said they expect some in July!
My 2024 FS CB 14k miles won’t charge at all.

As others have speculated about this sudden wave, it only makes sense that it's a software update that is sniffing out the issue earlier. That suggests they want to get these things replaced, which suggests that they believe they have the fix. At least, this is what I'm hoping.
It could be the software update is checking the PCS health more intensely and the cause for these PCS error notifications. This would make sense - in that Tesla upon seeing the failures has modeled the system to detect the error just at the onset of the 24amp AC charge failure of the PCS.

This is odd, 14K miles - you get the PCS, I just got mine about 3 weeks ago with 30K miles. To me this looks to be more about the latest software detecting the failure - over 'by mileage'.

Hard to say, as most 2 yr CTs -by now should have about 30k miles. Most on the forums with PCS are at +30K miles.

They have had mine since last Tuesday. Still says “waiting for additional part” on the app. It was supposed to be done by this coming Monday, but with no part in site, they may have it longer. Luckily I was able to get a loaner. But this is quite annoying.

Just had my PCS fail. AC and PowerShare unavailable messages. 3447 VIn AWD with 19.7k miles. Appointment is scheduled for Wednesday April 15th. Have 200 miles remaining. Undecided if I should travel to a supercharger and see if it works. Failing now is a good thing, as I was worried with a 3k+ mile trip planned in late June.

I've only got 12k miles on my FS 24xxx vin.. I can't tell if I have an error or not. I only have 24amp charging at home so it looks normal to me! 🤷‍♂️

When mine failed to charge on my wall charger, I went straight to a supercharger a few miles away to test dc charging as Tesla service suggested. (No luck)
Then given that I was 100 miles from the service center, I drove straight there with not many spare miles. Got a loaner and all was good.

Looks like I'm joining the PCS failure club. No actual problem has manifested, but I'm seeing continuous health check failure warnings in the service menu. Charging at home is still running at 48A like always.

‘24 AWD Foundation Series
VIN 10,5xx
Delivered 5/08/24

I have a road trip from Atlanta to DC coming up this Friday, I seriously doubt I can get it replaced by then (I just submitted a service request, we'll see).

I haven't experienced any actual charging issues, and it's never popped a visible warning to me, I had to go look for it in the service screen. Should I not worry about it and get it replaced when I get back? How long did some of you get warnings before an actual failure?

I am trading my ‘24 CT for ‘26 CT
Ordered 2/28
The app has shown “in production” for 11 days and counting.
Now wondering if it’s a PCS recall type issue.
Possibly, Tesla not shipping them until they get PCS inventory or a replacement revision that they won’t have to replace down the road.

If you go into service mode you’ll see if you have a pcs warning.

My PCS failed on me AWD 2024 CT (mileage 17,981), March 29th, and i immediately scheduled an appointment at the Dublin Amador SC in California, which was originally for April 17th. I stated that I could not charge and needed an earlier appointment, which the SC immediately rescheduled for April 2 and provided a loaner CT during the repair. The original pick-up estimated date was for April 7th, but has been changed to April 13th. The SC was waiting for the part to arrive, which it did arrive on the 9th.

Since I was able to have a loaner, I have not been to concerned about the timeline for the repair. Will be nice to have my CT back though. :)

Still waiting on parts for me. Dropped off 2 weeks ago. Was supposed to be done today. They called and said the part is in ‘constraint’ and having trouble getting it. So no ETA as of yet. Service center in Milford, CT. Luckily I got a loaner 2 weeks ago, but with more and more of this issue and no parts, loaners will be hard to come by.

This afternoon, I received HVBATT_a170, HVBATT_a056, and HVBATT_a742. Tesla offered me a service appointment of 4/27 as their earliest appointment. I called the service center and asked why. The representative responded that they are out of PCSs. She added that I will likely not receive a loaner due to the number of Cybertrucks having their PCSs replaced.
The truck was towed to the Tesla Service Center on Wednesday (4/22) for a scheduled appointment on Thursday at 9 am. Yesterday, I received a message that my appointment had been moved to 4/30 at 8:15 am. I asked if there had been a delay in receipt of the PCS board and the Advisor responded that I do not have a PCS issue. My High Voltage Battery will be replaced.
