First person to figure out how to unplug the wireless charger and repurpose that power feed to two usb-c chargers wins.
What this guy/gal says.

I did that in my Rivian R1T since it had a terrible wireless charging pad as well. In the R1T, you were able to remove the whole charging pad assembly and then you had 12v sitting there that someone made a plug adapter to fit and present you with 2 USB slots. 3D print a shelf with 2 magsafe pucks in them and viola, you have a charging solution that worked.

Can someone please do that for the CT?? I will pay for that solution. Should be pretty easy to 3D print the mag safe holder that sits on top of the existing shelf. Just need to figure out the wiring piece.

I'd love to have a wireless charger built into ANY Tesla that actually works. In all three of our cars we have the MagBak charger which work fine, but it's a $99 stick-on that shouldn't be necessary.

The Charger in my Cybertruck works very well. It charges my phone fast and doesn't get hot doing it. I suppose I have the right size phone for the charger. Also, I've found that with a simple spacer, the right side charges up my Pixel Buds just as easily.

I get that others have been having problems but both our MY and the CT charge our phones great.

Let me guess, you don't have an iPhone?

I have an update on the phone charger in CT. I bought a new Google Pixel phone last week and it doesn't overheat and charges to 100% on the CT charger, unlike my iPhone 15 Pro max that overheats and never gets above 80%. So based on this, I would say it's the phone NOT the CT charger. Perhaps the charging coils don't line up good with the iPhone?

Does the MagBak charger actually stick on the screen in the Cybertruck and hold up in the heat for you? I had mine fail twice each within the first week each time and have given up on it. It appears the failure point was the 3D printed plastic insert to fit the Cybertruck screen and that the 3M tape was failing each time on that part.

Agree 100% that a 3rd party mount should be unnecessary if the native charger in the vehicle worked as intended.

You nailed it. Had to replace the tape with high quality 3M and roughed up the 3D printed piece. Has been fine for a couple months now. But definitely had similar issue

I'm new to 3d design, but I set this up for a buddy with a Samsung Galaxy Flip 6 so he could charge. This could be printed to bump your phone up a little higher so it doesn't warm, or charge, but you can still see the screen (Waze etc).

No. I probably also happen to have just the right size phone. I found that with a little spacer, I can charge by ear buds in the other charger. I wonder if a spacer put at the "foot" of the phone would align it better and prevent it from heating up? My phone heated up WAY too much in my Ford Maverick... So much so that I resorted to plugging it in.

Yep, it's a newer Megasafe Apple phone thing. The older Apples and Androids don't have the issue.

Gotcha! Just to note, this is the new Pixel 9 that I have, not an old Android.
