Second Powershare Survey received

I wound up doing the initial survey for Powershare in January (12/21 Beast config with 5/25 delivery), Tesla confirmed that I was eligible. Post delivery Ive heard crickets but got another survey again today asking some of the same information + a couple of new things like panel size. Anyone else in the same boat, what should I expect next. Personally would love to have the Install (4k credit) + Equipment (2500) voucher vs just taking a voucher here.

I did a survey in January as well and took delivery May 4th for my Beast and crickets since, until today, I just got the second survey, filled it out and submitted.

First survey back in mid January. Tesla initially told me that I qualified, then later another email said I already have all the necessary equipment so they offer me 2 $700 vouchers 2 weeks post delivery. I then took delivery of my Beast on 29 APR but never received any voucher. Today second survey came asking similar things as the first survey?‍.

Same here. Got the VIN number 3 days ago and a 2nd survey request yesterday. I qualified on the first one back in January but filled the new one out anyway. They said " Powershare Home Backup hardware and an installation allowance of $4,000 " or $2500 credit.

Well, I thought I was special, BUT … seems like everyone is receiving the same treatment. I also answered survey in Jan, or which they said I was eligible and the Tesla team would reach out to me after VIN assigned. Took delivery of CT mid-May and it’s been crickets. Found original approval email and responded back asking WTF? What’s the next step. Then ended up talkingto a Service Advisor and he had to go talk to someone else, but came back and said I should call the Tesla Energy Div customer service. Looks like it’s their Energy Div that manages installation of chargers and PowerShare. So, spent 45 min the other day on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone … finally gave up when I saw the 2nd survey. Figured I got the 2nd survey because of my email, but now looks like everyone got one. Kind of bummed actually. Anyhow, let’s keep communicating everyone’s status/progress, so we can compare how Tesla is going to approach.

Same boat: beast, Jan initial survey and approved, no communication before two days ago for another survey. This time I
Am putting a new 400 amp service with a new two hundred amp sub that will be connected to my Enphase solar array and hopefully the PowerShare and gateway. It is designed that the gateway and PowerShare could be next to the 400 amp service panel but it has been pretty dark from Tesla for a consult! We have two electrics so we can be pulling some amps and definitely couldn’t support a second charger before. I’m glad others got the same survey.

I also received a second survey after completing the first one many months ago. The completion of the first one was acknowledged by Tesla. The second one seems to have fewer questions, all repeated from the first. I wonder if this was sent out in error? It also still mentions all of the 4k credit and hardware (I reserved a Beast). I thought this was done away with now? Who knows.
