Wow what a trip,
And then it happened.
Double puncture.
Any Bros in Manning Park/ Princeton BC with a spare to spare?
What happened, I drove through the lane closures east of Manning Park (where I suspect i ran over something) and plugged into the lovely Supercharger next to the cabins at ManningPark. Halfway through the charge session I got the low pressure warning. The Tesla app says two tires are leaking on the same side
Long story short the rear looks very fixable. The front I am not confident it is.
The situation: It is getting towed to Princeton KalTire by Tesla Roadside. I have my fingers crossed they can repair both.
If not, due to the wild fire on highway 3 it will be an expensive tow to Kelowna Service center. I would have had it towed to the closest service center in FV but that pesky fire has the tow drivers not wanting to work too hard.
I have all the patch kits and sidewall repair patches but it's going to the shop anyway and we are in a safe spot.
Super unfortunate.
Lots of lessons to be learned.
