Driver side door exo-panel rattle in high wind.

During last winter storm when i drove pass the So. Cal. mountain road, Grapevine, there are couple times a gust of strong wind made my driver side door rattle pretty loudly. At first i thought i had a flat tire but when the wind calm down everything is normal again. The service center wants me to replicate the problem before they will try to do anything. I remember reading about this issue awhile ago it happen to a few of us CT owners. One of the representative claims it was the shape of the truck, but why is it only happen to the driver door side.
