eBay Foundation Deliveries Going for 20K

In the past 24 hours there have been several Foundation delivery account transfers available to bid on eBay averaging around 20K. I watched one this morning be aggressively bid up from 8K to 20K in 30 minutes. Would you do it? Paying 20K + the markup already built in to the Foundation vehicles is wild!

I personally think most of them are scams. Maybe the accounts with longer history are more legit.
