Bought this from Amazon : https://www.amazon.com/ELECFRESH-Re...804&sprefix=elecfresh+rear+usb,aps,114&sr=8-1

Just installed it in my CT - quick easy install, it clips on and has two adhesive double sided strips. It has a light on it that is pretty bright. This gives extra ports in the back and makes them easier to access. I don't think it will interfere to much with the middle seat, but we'll see.

This is with the light off:

And with the light on, no flash used.

Certainly think that the ports are located more conveniently. However, I am undecided as I kind of like the existing ports tucked way under there (albeit hard to find) due to it being less prone to accidental breakage. (It happened several times with my kid braking the USB plugs in the model 3 as they stick out so much into the leg space).

If you keep things plugged in, the original locations are more shielded from such breakage. If needing to plug things in on occasion only, this is a good idea.
