Of course there is. Radiant heat is EM energy. The head lights visible EM. I made several posts pointing out what EM is and how a car would be a very small system in the larger universe. But if you think that emissions from an electric car are greater than emissions from a much higher energy ICE system you are wrong.I'm still curious if anyone has measured the electromagnetic energy coming off a Tesla automobile.

I suspect you are inquiring about Radio Frequency EM and even there an electric car is probably lower (800v) than the voltage discharge of a spark plug (25,000 V). So like @Crissa I'm not really sure what you are asking.
