Has anyone had dealings with EVBase recently? I ask because I ordered screen protector front and back from them on May 11th (listed as in stock). Since then I keep getting the run around. Every week they say it will ship and that they will send me a tracking number and every week they go silent.

I am just wondering if they are legit and if there might be another source of good 9H clear screen protectors out there from another vendor? Everyone appears to be out.

Thank you, if I don't get tracking number from them in 24 hours I will cancel and order from you instead.
Ken:
I would order from TWRAPS their products are by far the best there is out right now. This is coming from experience. I have serval products and their customer service is outstanding. You will not be disappointed. I plan on getting more stuff.

Any chance you'll be offering a tempered glass matte set of screen protectors in the near future?
Undecided to be honest...
Back when we started, we offered TG screen protectors for the refresh Model S/X. It was a disaster even though the screen protectors were extremely high quality and extremely expensive for us to buy (TG we can't manufacture in-house - everything else we pretty much can and do :)). The issue was that a lot of them would arrived cracked or get cracked during install, or in some cases people will crack them after months of use (hit them with something) and would expect a full refund or a free replacement event hough it's no fault of ours. The bottom line was that TG was always not profitable for us, that's why I avoid it. With PET, 95% of people don't mind at all (very few people have strong preference in my experience) and there are no such issues. They last as long as you'd keep them on, don't break, are easier to install....so from business perspective I am not overly motivated to offer TG again, although if one day we get into glass manufacturing we might try it as I assume our cost would be lower if we make it in-house.

That's a fair assessment. Thank you for taking time to explain to a new customer.
